Please read these terms carefully before booking with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a cab or contacting Wild Compass Travels ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all bookings made via WhatsApp, phone call, email, or this website.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- You have received a written or verbal confirmation from our team (via WhatsApp, call, or email)
- The agreed fare and vehicle have been communicated and accepted by both parties
We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
3. Fares & Pricing
- All fares are charged on a per-kilometre basis as published on our website
- Minimum fares apply: Sedan ₹300, Ertiga ₹400, Innova ₹500
- Toll and parking charges are paid directly by the customer at collection points
- Driver allowance applies for trips over 150km: ₹200–₹300 as per vehicle
- Night surcharge of up to 10% may apply for trips starting between 10pm and 5am
- Quoted fares are estimates. The final fare is based on actual distance travelled
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup: No charge
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup: ₹200 cancellation fee applies
- No-shows (customer absent at pickup without notice): Full base fare charged

5. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
- The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's official seating capacity
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings; the Company is not liable for lost items
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited
- Passengers causing damage to the vehicle may be charged for repairs
6. Driver Conduct
All our drivers are experienced, police-verified, and hold valid commercial vehicle licences. If you experience any issue with driver conduct, please contact us immediately at +91-7309875503.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
The Company will make every effort to ensure on-time pickups. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, civil disturbances, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate proactively.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wild Compass Travels is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
